The point of this lesson is Newton's 3rd Law. There isn't much more to it but that. The point of the other 2 videos was to show you other scenarios where we see this law working in today's environment. You should be able to apply this to other situations that are not shown in the videos. The more situations you see the easier this will be.
The first video is alright, the second two are pretty bad. I don't really know how to take notes over this because there is almost no new information.
